Last Supper

The Last Supper was the last meal Jesus shared with his 12 Apostles and disciples before his death. The Last Supper has been the subject of many paintings of which that by da Vinci is perhaps best known. It was painted for his patron Duke Ludovico Sforza and his duchess Beatrice d'Este. This painting is 15 feet by 29 feet. The Last Supper specifically portrays the reaction given by each apostle when Jesus said one of them would betray him.

The da Vinci code might be historically inacurate, but it's a pretty awsome book.
