Stonehenge

Whenever I see a picture or hear of Stonehenge, my mind immediately goes to the last seen in Tess of the D’Urbervilles. In Hardy’s classic, Tess and Angel’s sprint from the police ends at Stonehenge. I feel like the evidence on Stonehenge, being as recent as it is, cannot be firmly believed as truth yet.
